Environment Project

The Story

A short 3 week university project. The brief was to create an environment, simple as that. I wanted to portray the whole world as one island. I ended up producing a short movie showing how humans affect the world as time passes by. I was inspired by the artist Yann Arthus-Bertrand and one quote in particular:



“If the Earth had formed a year ago, on January 1st, life would have appeared on February 26th, dinosaurs would have arrived on December 10th to vanish 16 days later, Homo sapiens would only have showed up very late on December 31st. A few minutes later, in less than a second, he would have drastically altered the fragile balance between land, seas and atmosphere”.
